The Nordic Arbitration Centre implements Justikal's eCourt system

The Nordic Arbitration Centre and Justikal have reached an agreement to implement Justikal's eCourt system for all arbitration cases.

The Nordic Arbitration Centre offers a dispute resolution mechanism that enables parties to efficiently and securely resolve their disputes. The court's rules mandate a final resolution within six months, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise. Confidentiality is maintained throughout the proceedings, and the court's rulings are not made public.

In today's digital era, an increasing number of documents exist solely in electronic form, such as those with electronic signatures or seals. These documents cannot be printed, as it would compromise the validation of the electronic signatures or seals. This step enables NAC to better meet their legal obligation to acknowledge electronic documents their legal effect equivalent to paper as EU Regulation No. 910/2014 (eIDAS) stipulates. 

With the implementation of Justikal's eCourt system, this issue is resolved, allowing NAC to offer parties an enhanced service with maximum security. Parties can now submit all their documents electronically to the courts, and the system supports all document formats, including audio and video records. Furthermore, clients have real-time access to monitor the progress of their cases through the system, providing them with improved convenience and efficiency.
